I think that's the lady currently on trial for murdering her three kids.
Now I know, and
trial is over. she will likely have another trial. we won't know until end of Sept when the next hearing for her case is set.
it's possible a plea deal could be offered, but unlikely.
I believe they've already said they aren't retrying her case
