Plans? I doubt he’s got any plans. Vague promises, buzzwords, and bribes from techbros? Oh yeah he’s got a boatload of that.

You’re not paying attention if you think this guy doesn’t always have a plan to profit from the chaos and extortion opportunities once he’s overtly fucked up a system so bad it’s literally killing people.
