we shut have migrated to I2P already IMO. So if you have not already look in to I2P.

It is not as fast as the clear web. That's true. But if you are willing to wait a bit longer for something you are fine.

Replace everything? Not what I said. But moving over to I2P for piracy would be good.

Your ISP can't really block it. No DNS needed Doesnt need any form of VPN.
