Created as an evolution of White People Twitter and other tweet-capture subreddits.

You looked up TMC, which I now assume you work for. Don't believe your an MD, however. Well, here some more examples:
This is a small sample of some of the largest health organizations in the US. This also doesn't count the thousands of directors and department managers within those hospitals. All of which are going to have some science degree with the exception of legal, IT, EVS, Transport, and other non clinical positions.
This also doesn't count the thousands and thousands private practices and surgical clinics opened by a licensed practicing MD.
I didn't provide proof, because it's common knowledge. Something an MD, as you claim to be, should know just from experience. Unless of course you are either 1) lying, or 2) so limited in your own experience that you are projecting your own limited bias towards.

FYI, yes I work for a health software company, however that doesn't mean I don't also have a science backed degree because working direct for a hospital sucks and patient care sucks even more. It's called I got out and can get paid more for less work. So my clinical and operational knowledge is then shared with other hospitals for 7 digit dollar contracts. Something you are limited in.
I do not. It’s really quite baffling how every single assumption you’ve made about me is false. If you flipped and landed a coin this many times people wouldn’t believe the odds. TMC was simply the first that came to mind as the largest in the US.

I never asked about your degree, nor am I interested. You said you work in health care, which – since I guess we’re down that road already I’ll say – was simply a lie. It doesn’t make you an expert and unless you can show me some data isn’t going to do anything. You can try and see if the Nth time around will suddenly change everything, the chance is never zero. But if you’re really looking to make an argument stick with me you’re going to have to do a little better than repeating the same thing over and over. Maybe you could apply that “science backed degree” a bit.
