Many winters ago I was served a tomato in an airplane. I bit into it like you depict, and the tomato jizz jizzed right into the curly hair of the lady in front of me. She did not notice. I was very embarrassed, but at the same time very amused. I tried to tell her, but I could not stop laughing when I tried to approach her, so I never did.
By the end of the flight it was visibly dry and crusty. Sorry unknown lady for ruining your hair.

100% my immediate thought. Gross.
There's a lot worse things could wind up in your hair. She probably never did notice, and nobody else either.
That said, anyone who's not an infant knows to cover the bite zone with their lips to keep the tomato jizz contained.
