Exactly. We do need more defense spending but it should be a domestic drone industry and a civil defense program, to have us ready to fight off any adventurism from our fascist neighbours and protect the population from climate change catastrophes.
The US is really becoming more and more authoritarian, but your fixation on the US while ignoring all other authoritarian and fascist threats is telling.
