That is why I have:

a few emails for registering wherever I should be able to do stuff without an account, but for some reason can't. One of them is a gmail for every place that allows to log in with google.
one email that I use for account, where I actually may give a shit about the the emails I may recieve from the services I registered/subscribed for.
one email used exclusively for e-mailing. No accounts, no subscriptions.
