FYI that facade is of a liquor store franchize Red&White in Russia. There are plenty of them everywhere you can get cell network, and new ones still keep opening in random places. Idk what was there, on the picture, before, probably a local lawyer agency, and I'm sure they didn't put lions themselves, just inherited them from previous renters. Their business constatly growing year after year without average wages growth is kinda telling how fun it is there. At this point, I'm not 100% positive that tommorow morning I won't see my workplace or even my home not occupied by an alco shop.

Likely, Красное и Белое as a brand name. Or with & inbetween.
Yes, there are 5 of them in a walking distance around me and there was at least one near when I traveled to distant locations.
