It sounds horrific....but have you ever HAD a near liter of cola in one sitting? And then basked in the caffeinated sugary afterglow?
It’s not good at all. I immediately feel sick to my stomach, sad and gross. I’ve never drank a liter. That’s how I feel after 12oz.
A year ago I was drinking a liter of diet Pepsi in a sitting, and it goes down just as well as anything else… only thing is that it negatively compliments so many foods.
I struggle to drink a US "small" fast food cup of anything but water because even that is way too much sugary drink for my tastes

Similar amount of sugar but without the caffeine from a smoothie. It felt awful.
