Also, she's the HR director - she's the person employees are meant to come to about sexual abuse. That's a huge conflict of interest
An HR director can't have even the appearance of sexual impropriety. Their job is to protect the company by showing they were not negligent in preventing sexual abuse or a hostile work environment
Who the hell would hire her? You'd have to be insane... You'd have to defend her image in every single court case for her entire tenure
