Sorta. I took more as a sometimes you have a bad day or get knocked down but you gotta try again. In sissyphus the task is always impossible. For the spider the spout is only impossible when it rains.
The spout needs to win every time. The spider only needs to win once.
But it won't because of all the rain.
But Incy Wincy spider climbs up the spout again
And the rain has been dried up by the sun, thus avoiding any future rain.
Soon the incest winced spider will have to contend with a climate change induced drought.
