The pentagon made the statement that there are no troops remaining in Venezuela, and both that Trump quote and Rubio confirm that Maduro's VP Rodriguez is now running the country.

I never said any such thing, but my previous statement was accurate and there are many people on here claiming it's some sort of total occupation.
