Atlas network. Tied to heritage foundation, the project 2025 people. Although very Russian tactics. Ive been stating both as responsible for decades of division/anti solidarity stuff, but USA is currently much more likely to claim that Albertans obviously need to be liberated from the evil communist Canadian government, and that the oil always really belonged to the states anyway.

Also very Russian like to put young attractive females on posters. For some reason they have made their mind about that being the most effective propaganda technique. They imagine people will go like "welp if I side with this attractive female my chances of engaging in sexual activities with her will significantly increase". I hope they don't.
