Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.

Contents of said letter from daily beast: https://archive.is/YFBK3#selection-773.0-779.748

“Dear Jonas,” the president wrote to Norway’s prime minister, Jonas Gahr Støre. “Considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 Wars PLUS, I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace, although it will always be predominant, but can now think about what is good and proper for the United States of America. Denmark cannot protect that land from Russia or China, and why do they have a ‘right of ownership’ anyway? There are no written documents, it’s only that a boat landed there hundreds of years ago, but we had boats landing there, also. I have done more for NATO than any other person since its founding, and now, NATO should do something for the United States. The World is not secure unless we have Complete and Total Control of Greenland. Thank you! President DJT.”

dude is so pissed about not getting a peace prize hes going to war with the planet... as if to demonstrate why he would never, ever be deserving of such a prize.

its hard to really wrap your brain around how stupid a human you would have to be to write that letter... and who is worse the clearly mentally deficient president, or the circle of sycophants enabling this bullshit?

I can't believe I'm watching our own world's version of the mad king threatening a lord of a northern country, to bend the knee.

I mean, it fits entirely however for anyone paying attention.

He hated New York high society because New York high society snubbed him and wouldn't let him in their club, because he's a classless ass.

He hated the US neoliberal democratic order because they snubbed him and wouldn't let him in their club, because he doesn't actually know what the fuck is he doing and doesn't care about democracy.

He vows to destroy any group or idea that would reject him. He views it as a personal affront and never feels like maybe he should be a better person.

No, his solution is to destroy everything in his path, which is why he is also tearing apart NATO because he was snubbed by other democratic world leaders. He is such a giant fucking pussy baby bitch who can't handle rejection at all.

He doesn't even care about ruling over the ashes, he just wants to see it all fall and neither understands nor cares to understand how any of it might impact him in the long run because he'll be dead before consequences come knocking.

The fact that a third of the country are exactly the same really exposes how deep the USA's problems with mental health go.

This last part is the scary part. Normal humans see Grandpa Klan Robe here raging out and calling for "retribution" and think - someone should take the keys away.

Dumbass conservative apes with broken brains look at that and cheer him on and want to vote for him even harder. 1984 was all too prescient, but that's because he was looking at quite recent events - "We've always been at war with [Greenland|Venezuela|Canada|Mexico]!"

I genuinely think there's a chance that everyone is completely missing his motivation here.

Trump turns 80 on 14th June 2026. He wants someone, be it Denmark or the US Army, to give him a country for his birthday.

What better gift is there?

I'm shocked that no one has burned the pedo-lago club for furries down yet

[–] Serinus@lemmy.world 15 points 23 hours ago (1 children)

Wait what? Don't bring furries into this. What'd they do to you? (Other than dance in front of ICE.)

[–] Bluegrass_Addict@lemmy.ca 0 points 21 hours ago (1 children)

nothing?

I personally don't care what people do in their spare time. I was making reference to donalds furry party he just had

[–] Zoot@reddthat.com 3 points 10 hours ago (1 children)

It's called a masquerade thank you very much. Don't need to bring down the furries

[–] TerdFerguson@lemmy.world 2 points 22 hours ago (1 children)

Why you do the furries dirty like that?

They’re just autistic and deeply perverted. Not criminals

[–] Bluegrass_Addict@lemmy.ca 2 points 21 hours ago (1 children)

never said they were. was making reference to donalds furry party at his pedo Hotel golf course thing

[–] Koarnine@pawb.social 1 points 8 hours ago (1 children)

That is not furry. Not even similar

[–] Bluegrass_Addict@lemmy.ca 1 points 6 hours ago

looks like a human wearing an animal costume or part of it. falls into my definition of a furry. looks like dogs, dancing like humans and I presume speaking like humans too. they just lack any human intelligence is all

[–] givesomefucks@lemmy.world 8 points 1 day ago (3 children)

He hated the US neoliberal democratic order because they snubbed him and wouldn’t let him in their club,

Huh?

He was fully in the neoliberal club...

He got the fucking Clinton's to come to one of his weddings, neoliberals loved him because they were one of the few people he actually wrote checks too. Because he always got a return on it.

The shit about him not liking the Clinton's is just WWF play acting.

[–] Eldritch@piefed.world 18 points 1 day ago

With the bad takes again? Neoliberals will take money from anyone. Thousands of average voters donated to neoliberal causes over decades. Were they ever in the club?

One of the few good things the neoliberals ever did, was to say no to Trump when he demanded power. The fact that Obama ridiculed him, whatever you think of Obama. Should tell you how IN he was. It's not like everyone by that point didn't know he was a petulant manchild. They snubbed him. Figuratively and literally. Its why he ran in 2015 against them. Petty bitterness, like all his lawsuits. He just never thought he would win.

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 7 points 1 day ago

Yeah, he's always been mocked and derided since at least the 80s. The local press knew who and what he was for sure. Magazines like Spy mocked him all the time.

I'm sure with his fragile snowflake ego that he has never felt fully accepted by the typical elites, especially old money. Maybe creepy pedo weirdo elites like Epstein and the freak(s) he ran his beauty pageants with at least tolerated having him around.

The guy has always come off as thirsty AF for approval by things like Hollywood and so on, too...

[–] DicJacobus@lemmy.world 6 points 1 day ago

the WWF connection is real. Trump has been a close ally of the McMahon family for decades and he was breifly involved with the show directley a couple of times . The way he runs conferences, talks to people, etc, is very similar to how things get scripted on the WWF/WWE

[–] Wytch@lemmy.zip 21 points 1 day ago

It's always been the sycophants who are worse. Slowly, deliberately, and methodically, America has been driven half-crazy stupid by extreme right wing xenophobia and ignorance. Reactionary ideology has fully engulfed the rotten brains of America's least introspective imbeciles. Trump is the mirror of their desperate desire to be heard, to be catered to, to be rescued from every perceived threat, real or imagined.

We can shatter the mirror, but the monsters live among us.

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 6 points 1 day ago

I could see someone with mushbrain blurting something like that out in the moment. But imagine being such a dumbass as to set that down, in writing?
