The person in the screenshot has cleared their entire windshield instead of a minimal viewport, that's above average already
"Entire windshield" is a very generous description. There's still quite a bit of snow that seems to mostly have been pushed around by the wiper blades.
Clear is clear bub. Looks like amateur hour though, no blue streaks from the 2 liters of winter washer fluid needed to melt the wipers free first.
If that's the case, then it's clearly not clear.
