I saw bystanders filming the shooting, was there another angle I haven't seen?
Regardless, I fail to see how forcing them to document their crimes could be a bad thing.
He recorded it all. You can see him with the phone in hand in all angles. They then released that video and he still looks guilty.
There's a brief second or so that the phone is pointed down, at a crucial time. Body cam footage would've proven conclusively if he was hit by the car or not.
We have plenty of angles proving he wasn't hit by the car.
