Seems like it could be time for local law enforcemnt to step up or get the fuck out of the way
If their job is to protect the public and they are floundering at it; it might be time to abolish their weak sauce department
The guard should be stopping ICE, but there seems to be confusion on what a terrorist looks like/acts like:
Hint:
Legitimate law enforcement doesn't execute civilians in the street.
Terrorists perform these actions: acost/abuse/kidnap/murder civilians in order to coerce them into submission.
Pro tip for Law officers:
Go find the ones acting as terrorists - and stop them cold.
Their job isn't to protect the public. The supreme court said so.

See, law enforcement has regularly executed people in The streets and ha e gotten away with it for decades and decades, and that has directly led to this. Precedent is something the law abides by unfortunately, and so far they've said it's acceptable. You are like one of the only countries (western world) where that is true.
