ICE have violated judges' orders, carried out illegal arrests, and botched court filings - shock and awe has been their plan all along

See, law enforcement has regularly executed people in The streets and ha e gotten away with it for decades and decades, and that has directly led to this. Precedent is something the law abides by unfortunately, and so far they've said it's acceptable. You are like one of the only countries (western world) where that is true.
