Donald Trump’s signature has evolved over the years, but when signing just his first name, he often includes the same flourish at the end.

Trump can say the sky is dark green and the fucking press would legitimize it by letting him debate it publicly for years while the owners sit back and collect the ratings and advertiser money.

The entire structure of capitalism is fundamentally broken.

[–] MushuChupacabra@lemmy.world 84 points 1 day ago (2 children)

That's his signature.

The end.

[–] RFKJrsBrainworm@sh.itjust.works 20 points 1 day ago (2 children)

Right....like that mush brained moron could actually tell a difference

[–] MrVilliam@sh.itjust.works 20 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (1 children)

He couldn't tell the difference between his second wife and the woman he raped while he was on trial and eventually found liable for her sexual abuse. Yes, really.

Right I remember that ... And yet the stupid idiots of this country thought it was a good idea to elect him.

Right....like that mush brained moron could actually tell a difference

His thoughts on the matter are independent from the facts.

It's his signature.

[–] RFKJrsBrainworm@sh.itjust.works 4 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago)

Oh I agree I'm saying that his mushed brain can't tell the difference if it's his signature or not

But of course it's his goddamn mark of the best

The NYT has boots to lick

[–] snooggums@piefed.world 38 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Multiple people have confirmed it came from him and it is consistent with other things he has done amd said including bragging about his friendship with Epstein and how Epstein had all the young girls.

It is absolutely his signature and his denying it just confirms it.

[–] dnick@sh.itjust.works 7 points 1 day ago

Seriously, who the fuck would that book have been given to to sign, that would forge a message from fuckwit nobody Trump back then? Who would possibly have anything to gain by both faking a message, and it being 'that' message, just a bland, shallow half inside joke sounding thing with a drawing?

[–] Frenchys_prospecting@aussie.zone 10 points 21 hours ago

I think it's pretty safe to assume that anything coming out of his mouth is utter bullshit and to just release the Trump pedo files

[–] Marshezezz@lemmy.blahaj.zone 2 points 15 hours ago

I can’t describe how much I hate the media in how they just normalize this shit. All by design, of course.

[–] AlexLost@lemmy.world 20 points 1 day ago

Again, stop asking the criminal if he's guilty and start asking crime experts and the victims.

[–] yesman@lemmy.world 25 points 1 day ago (2 children)

I don't know why people try to litigate this in good faith. Statements from Trump and the Whitehouse are not credible. The WSJ got at least two people to corroborate that drawing and the recollection of two randos, even possible pedos, still carries more weight than statements from Trump.

[–] Rentlar@lemmy.ca 7 points 1 day ago

I'd more likely think the signature is fake if Trump said it was real.

[–] Lucky_777@lemmy.world 7 points 1 day ago

Yep, never trust anything coming from this admin. 100%

[–] blattrules@lemmy.world 13 points 1 day ago

The guy who lies about everything needs to stop being quoted like an authority on anything, especially here where he’s done everything to distance himself from this story and his former bestie.

[–] cronenthal@discuss.tchncs.de 14 points 1 day ago

This is getting ridiculous. Everyone knows what's up, this whole charade is utterly pathetic. God, Trump and his followers are truly the lowest of the low.

[–] Curious_Canid@lemmy.ca 15 points 1 day ago (1 children)

The increasing levels of desperation are amazing.

[–] UnderpantsWeevil@lemmy.world 14 points 1 day ago

It's just bland denial. Nothing is going to come of it. Nobody in his administration actually cares that he's a pedophile. Hell, half of them are very openly engaged in sex pesting and nouncing, themselves.

Liberals keep waving this shit around like its more than court gossip. I mean, sure. In this dark hour, I guess it's fun to find the King's pile of weird pedophile poetry and air the laundry. But he's still the king and you've still got his guards looting your cities and dragging your people off to the dungeon.

[–] Auli@lemmy.ca 5 points 21 hours ago (1 children)

What I don't get is his followers don't care. These "Christians" or whatever the fuck America has de evolved them into well happily vote in some one who is a pedophile want to have sex with his daughter and lies and cheats. But hey that is the American religious values I guess. I don't even think they can be called Christians anymore.

[–] BrokenGlepnir@lemmy.world 1 points 16 hours ago

Antichristers. I'm going with that. I used to say antichrist-ians but that's hard to read the way I want it pronounced. The Bible does say the followers of the antichrist with think they are righteous.

[–] kmartburrito@lemmy.world 5 points 22 hours ago* (last edited 22 hours ago)

Welp, that's enough proof for me, he's such a pillar of truth!

Why don't people push back on a man that cannot physically tell the truth? I mean WTAF.

Also reminds me of this. Why isn't the media and everyone else calling this bitch out?

[–] Armok_the_bunny@lemmy.world 7 points 1 day ago

I'm confused, are we on step 1 or step 4 of the narcissist prayer right now?

1: That didn't happen. 2: And if it did, it wasn't that bad. 3: And if it was, that's not a big deal. 4: And if it is, that's not my fault. 5: And if it was, I didn't mean it. 6: And if I did, you deserved it.

[–] Cruxifux@feddit.nl 6 points 1 day ago

Honestly man my signature looks different a lot of the time. The using signatures as evidence thing always seemed suspect to me.

But this adding of evidence doesn’t matter anyway. We all know he’s a pedophile at this point, and those who don’t think so will never believe that he is.

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 8 points 1 day ago

Again, what would the other theory be? That someone else faked this for Epstein's birthday book way back when and no one noticed or said anything back then? When him and Donvict were good pals?

You could tell that question earlier this week posed to the Spokes Barbie - a very simple question asking what is theory the administration is posing - very much annoyed her and she had no real answer other than to deflect and talk about Biden (FFS).

[–] CubitOom@infosec.pub 7 points 1 day ago* (last edited 11 hours ago)

So someone forged Trump's signature perfectly in like 1995 in one of Trump's best friend's birthday cards - who was a child rapist. Then waited until it was released last week, after Trump was elected president twice. This is some 5D chess right here. If the Democrats where this smart I don't think we'd have Trump.

[–] FahrenheitGhost@lemmy.world 5 points 1 day ago

Just like all the other things he does. If he lies enough, it will just go away.

[–] Lexam@lemmy.world 6 points 1 day ago

One of his first rules. Deny.

[–] mrcleanup@lemmy.world 5 points 1 day ago

This is hilarious because if it was faked the signature would match EXACTLY, like, Photoshop perfect.

The fact that it's an organic signature is just that much more damning.

[–] ScrumpyDumpleskin@lemmy.world 4 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Wonder how long it will take to them to start blaming ai for physical objects

[–] LadyButterfly@reddthat.com 3 points 1 day ago

Shhh shhh don't give them ideas

[–] Bronzebeard@lemmy.zip 2 points 23 hours ago

Man who lies about literally everything, lied again.

[–] TomMasz@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

No one believes him, not even his followers. It won't stop him from saying it, of course.
