I see two problem, washing hand need to be long enough to fill at least on reservoir and You hâve yo wash your hand to be efficient. In public space you will fast run put water.

Macht ja auch Sinn, genauso könnte man Abwasserleitungen mit Rädchen versehen die Strom erzeugen.
That makes sense, just like you could equip sewage pipes with wheels that generate electricity.
Having used men’s restrooms all my life, there is a critical error in this premise.
idk... from elementary to both snobby and trades type college/university classes I've only seen like 5 guys actually wash their hands and I'm one of them. Not counting the splash and flick guys either that's just spreading colonies.
Yes, do your sanitizing right on top of human waste. Brilliant.
I think some prisons are set up similarly, or at least have toilet/sink combos.
