Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). 3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. 4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
  5. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

That's all the rules!

"Pedo slur"? What slur? "Pedophile protector" isn't a slur, it's just plain English.

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 25 points 1 week ago (1 children)

In fact, it's being overly nice, since Donvict IS one of the pedophiles he's protecting, but if you say "pedophile protector" it doesn't sound as bad.

PEDOPHILE PRESIDENT

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 60 points 1 week ago (2 children)

Slur? Are pedophiles and their protectors now a protected class or something?

[–] krashmo@lemmy.world 8 points 1 week ago

Clearly they are as long as they're also rich.

[–] ZILtoid1991@lemmy.world 6 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Well, fascists like to use "pedo" on LGBTQIA+ people, in that case, it's a snarl word.

[–] hector@lemmy.today 2 points 1 week ago

It's always been projection. If we abandoned every word they turned into an attack we would forgo all the attacks against their faults.

Uncontrolled bursts of rage is a common sign of dementia.

[–] digredior@lemmynsfw.com 36 points 1 week ago (2 children)

To be fair, it’s also something an immature megalomaniac asshole would do too.

[–] Deathray5@lemmynsfw.com 18 points 1 week ago

Yeah it's difficult to speculate on mental decline for someone who lacked a lot of cognitive capabilities beforehand

Most of them don't brag about having the highest scores on the dementia tests the doctor has ever seen. Like the highest ever. He high-fived the jacked president and instantly did an ugly cum in his pants.

[–] krashmo@lemmy.world 2 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Is there a cute way to cum in your pants?

[–] digredior@lemmynsfw.com 2 points 1 week ago

Depends on if you’re a femboy or not…

[–] Tolookah@discuss.tchncs.de 29 points 1 week ago

Note: no threats of suing for slander, because it would have to be false.

[–] helvetpuli@sopuli.xyz 24 points 1 week ago

I understand the motivation of shouting "pedo protector" at him, but it might be more effective to organise everybody who gets into earshot to shout "they're trying to poison you, Mr. President, stop taking your meds".

Maybe if might be over a bit sooner if he starts to think he thought of it himself.

[–] PP_BOY_@lemmy.world 19 points 1 week ago

Pedo slur, wut? I thought it was Chomo. The dude just called him a pedophile protector, something demonstrably true

[–] bender223@lemmy.today 18 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Technically, anyone and everyone can call trump a pedo, cuz if he does try to sue, they would have to go thru discovery, and he wouldn't want that.

[–] hector@lemmy.today 1 points 1 week ago

They usually drop slapp suits before it gets to discovery. It's a lot of rigamarole until then.

[–] Ioughttamow@fedia.io 17 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Might want to be careful, too much stress with that poor health could be deadly. In other news let’s hound him 24/7!

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 3 points 1 week ago

He's probably going to blame MTG and have the Secret Service look into it as far as him being found by, and shouted at, by people that don't adore him (most of America).

[–] mojofrododojo@lemmy.world 15 points 1 week ago (1 children)

It's just the start Donny. Every place you go, people are going to shout it.

Because it's true.
