It literally became Epstein's island
Like, that's where we got it from, as a token of appreciation for not trying to keep Greenland after WW2. So there's a chance since Trump feels he "lost" that island, he now feels entitled to all of Greenland. Even tho Epstein's island, is still American controlled, Trump's probably mad it's "closed"
