Excuse me? Its well known that evidence has a strong left wing bias.

Dude was raised in a right-wing, gun loving, MAGA household. Even though he started to "lean left" recently, it's pretty clear where his roots were buried.

Also, leaning left according to MAGA mom… who knows what that really means.

It means she was strongly encouraged to say he was “leaning left” by some scary people who showed up in uniforms.

Maybe, or it could just mean saying gay and trans rights exist while being otherwise apolitical. Or a million other things.

Yup teach your family to be militant, and this is what you get.

Although I agree that Robinson seems to be politically ambiguous, he most definitely has a right-wing bent. Him being apolitical or even a kind've slight leftist doesn't explain how he became radicalized enough to commit a targeted political killing.

My theory is that he was radicalized as a teenager since we have strong evidence that he spent a lot of time online as a teenager. Given all the factors (white cis male in a MAGA household living in Utah who grew up terminally online and described as a hardcore Gamer), it makes sense to me that he was a Groyper or at least spent a lot of time in Groyper spaces outside of the Discord channel mentioned in this article and that was what radicalized him to hate Charlie Kirk. If the feds are to be believed and he was dating a trans woman, then that would provide the motive for acting on his pre-existing hatred for Charlie, but it wouldn't explain how he got radicalized enough to act on that hatred in the first place.

As as aside, I strongly disagree with this article that Robinson is bisexual. If he's a rabid rightoid dating a trans woman, then he would likely consider himself straight and he's just dating his girlfriend. If he's a woke leftie dating a trans woman, then he would likely consider himself straight and he's just dating his girlfriend. In either case, I highly doubt he would consider himself bisexual at all just because he's dating a woman.
