Can't vote though, so only second class citizens I'd venture.

Canada will give them a home. Lord knows we need a friendly southern escape.

That would be an incredible change for the island. Right now their economy is kneecapped by byzantine US shipping laws. The jones act gives american shippers complete control over goods going to and from the island, driving up prices.

Falling under the care of a sanier nation, one who will help them rollout a reliable solar grid instead of dismantiling it, would do wonders.

Maybe we'll use it as a launching pad to adopt Cuba as well.

Made up statistic aside, why is not knowing the nationality of a celebrity... bad? I don't even know his real name, this seems like a stretch to make it into american chauvinism rather than people just not knowing about a celebrity. Is that the joke?

It’s relevant here because of the backlash from maga morons when it was announced a guy with brown skin would be doing the half time show. There was a lot of nationalist rhetoric bouncing around, being used to justify their racism.

It was all bs as their arguments were being levelled at an American citizen as he is Puerto Rican.

In a proper world, this would discredit her from being a pundit.

No worries! That's what SCOTUS repealing the 14th Amendment will fix.
