Two things:

Even if they're telling the truth, this just means that ICE and the Border Patrol are headed off to wage war against another part of the United States
This is intended to upstage a large group from Minnesota to traveled to DC to ask ICE funding to be cut due to the ongoing harm they're experiencing.
