An ad (in German) apparently for training in physiotherapy. Most of it is an Al-generated pseudo photograph of a smiling physiotherapist helping a client, lying down, raise their left leg vertically...

The anatomical proportions of the patient are hilarious.
Though, I would say the physical therapist appears to be enjoying her work.
The foot also points the wrong way. Unless the leg was previously severed at the knee and then turned around, I guess. Also, the other foot attaches right below the knee.
Both feet look like right feet as well.

I’ve never played a baseball video game in my life, and I think that has more to do with the fact that this feature never caught on than any other factor
