While the word “the” is pronounced with a long “e” sound in certain cases, the word you were looking for is spelled “thee” as in the objective case for the pronoun “thou”

That's the problem though, everything is a distraction from everything else. We won't see a shred of justice about Epstein, likely not even if republicans lose in midterms. But everything else is also wrecking society and our economy, it's just the zebra-strategy of having too much confusing shit at once so nobody can focus on one target.

We don't even talk about the USAID cuts and those have actively killed more people and caused more suffering than anything else Trump or Epstein have done.

There's too much to swing at any one thing, we have to shore up and build community and mobilize both activism as well as electoral actions.

His admin is like 17 ideologies in a trench coat using every horrible thing happening to distract from the horrible thing they are doing, while the other 16 are doing the exact same thing. I think it's why they have so much trouble keeping things quiet for long, eventually everything has to be cover for everything.

Hey no worries he's just ignoring/circumventing the Supreme Court. Not like anyone is going to stop him.

Just another day.

Yep this doesn't give me the feelgoods - “Their decision is incorrect, but it doesn’t matter because we have very powerful alternatives.”
