This meme doesn't make sense.

In hindsight, yes, Donald was lying, but he did pull the US military out of multiple wars in his first term. (Most notably, Afghanistan, though the withdrawal wasn't completed during his term.) His record demonstrated that if war is your issue, Donald was the better choice.

In fact, his reticence (until now) to embroil the US in all-out war was one of the few upsides.

The CiC is only one of many roles the president has. It would be like saying "If you're voting for the ONLY OFFICIAL WHO CAN AUTHORIZE A NUCLEAR ATTACK to avoid launching a nuclear attack on another country, you don't deserve to vote."

The fucking military is a tool of last resort for the defense of the US and its allies - or rather, that's how it should be. Instead, orange fuckwit is starting a war he himself warned against under previous administrations - not that previous administrations were even fucking close to war with Iran.

It's all projection. And the shit-eaters in the electorate eat it up with joy on their lips.

The military is a tool to prevent a last resort from ever needing to happen, always has been, the only possible issue with getting involved in a war with iran is getting bogged down for the next two decades like in Iraq, but we always have the option to just not do that, we always have had that option, any amount of destabilizing of this nation will be a net good, if we lose too many troops we can just leave and it was still good.

Not an argument, but I'll assume you mean something like:

"They wouldn't get nukes, and if they did they would never be stupid enough to use them against the US, and they could never make enough to do any real damage anyway."

Or at least those are the thoughts that gone through my head.

The problem is they practically already have nukes, and they were caught trying to restart immediately after their bunker was bombed, they have been trying for decades if left alone that is the inevitable outcome.

Also if they have nukes they become untouchable another totalitarian regime that cannot be stopped, we had this happen once with North Korea it was the biggest mistake we ever made

As for not being able to make enough to actually be a threat, they have the third largest oil reserves in the world and are well connected to china and Russia, once they have one we could not stop them from making more, at least without threat of nuclear war, they could make as many as any other nation, they could rival Russia, do you want another Russia invading it's neighbors? Especially in the middle east where all the oil is and with their less than hospitable relationship with Israel another nuclear capable nation in the middle east?

If you want a recipe for WW3 that's how you get it

They would never be stupid enough to fire a nuke on America? They literally chant "death to America" in the streets they would do it as soon as they get the chance.

The country is literally cheering for the death of their leader, thousands were willing to get shot in what could have been a civil war, if you destabilize them enough it will be a regime change hopefully one not stupid enough to build nukes after seeing what happened to the last government.
