I know, I know: "it's a shitpost..." But there's not a single type of music that sounds better at full blast. And if you inflict your music on others in public instead of using headphones, you're an asshole.
If you use open backed headphones, you can enjoy your music at its best quality while also sharing it to other people sharing your bus. Win-win!
There's a special place in hell for any person playing any sound loudly in public places. Recently there was some dude scrolling TikTok at full blast in the train. I'd rather have any form of continuous music over that distracting bombardment of random sounds.

I (not Indian) used to play Hindi film music on my stereo at college at top blast. It's actually very listenable overall, but the women singing in falsetto can be hard to get used to -- it is one of the most penetrating sounds on earth. Everybody on my floor hated the living shit out of me.
Rolling through Diablo type dungeons or silent hill levels lmao

I opened this expecting some straight nonsense and I'm not usually one to compare wildly different types of music but... this has a 1000x more soul and spirit than the most awarded pop singer in the anglosphere - Taylor Swift.
We went to a concert of Tibetans doing the throat singing and it was cool as fuck.
Introspective arythmic diddly jazz is my music kryptonite. Similarly, the taqsim that is the opening part of so much good Egyptian music. It sounds abusively selfish to me. I do like a diverse array of genres but picky about jazz, or anything without a rhythm.
Fuck yeah Tengger Cavalry all day!
