Have there been more assassination attempts on any other president? It's simply just a mystery why anyone would want him dead...
There's usually quite a few that don't really ever get far enough for the president to be in danger, and they usually don't talk about it.
So basically they're too incompetent to stop them early, and also they won't shut the fuck up about them after the fact.... Except for when they very loudly be quiet about them.
