Repainting, not repairing any of the leakage issues causing the algae in the first place.
It's going to be so much uglier when the algae returns and you have a bright fucking blue backing to it.
A reflecting pool needs to be dark on the bottom. If it's bright blue, too much light bounces off the bottom and overwhelms the reflection.
Literally nothing Trump does isn't fucking stupid and wasteful.
The ducks will have it dark brown in no time.

What's being painted I guess is darker, according to you. All the current pictures makes it look like shit so I have no idea what it'll end up looking like, if it gets finished. Any blue is going to look tacky if they keep it clean; otherwise, it'll get dark and murky and if that happens what was the point?
