They're just dairy cows that haven't been dehorned.
I thought for the longest time female cows didn't have horns but they do in many species, the predominant dairy cow species included. Usually they get their horns removed when they're very young (weeks old).
Like, I got your joke, I just also thought for a long time only bulls had horns - I guess that's how it's portrayed in most of our media.

Anarcho-primitivism: The cows roam free. You and your tribe follow the herd, bringing with you only what you can carry on your back. When you need milk, you form a milking party with your tribe and catch a milking cow by chasing it until it's too exhausted to keep running.
Anarcho-feminism: bulls have the equal right to be milked
Anarcho-transhumanism — I actively endorse and force 'TRANSGENDER FOR EVERYONE' mantra on everyone. Plus you get cool robotic tail that can be used for grabbing and other stuff left for readers imagination.
