The probable cause statement says Little had accidentally shot himself in the face.
19-year-old Arquez Phipps told police that he had a fully-loaded gun hidden between his mattress and box spring.
Phipps was charged Tuesday with first-degree endangering the welfare of a child with serious physical injury. He is currently being held on a $20,000 cash-only bond.
“Hidden” is not secure. Children are curious. If it’s there, they can find it.
Eye for an eye. Give that idiot the same punishment
