Who is bike alpaca and joffrette?

[–] IcedRaktajino@startrek.website 47 points 2 months ago* (last edited 2 months ago) (2 children)

Bike alpaca is Taylor Lautner (from Twilight)

Joffrette is Alison Arngrim who was Nellie Olsen on Little House on the Prarie.

Holy shit there’s actually a legit answer to this? I thought that was Joffrey in a bonnet lmao

The comparison goes deeper. Nellie and Joffrey were basically the same character (minus the whole royal drama). Both evil, spoiled brats with rich parents who usually got away with whatever they did. The fact that decades apart and in completely different shows that their actors look strikingly alike is pretty interesting.

I’ll never forget the episode where Nellie had Pa’s head cutoff in the town square, then made Laura go look at it with her.

Or when Nellie shot the hooker with a crossbow because she was bored.

Yeah, that show got dark after the 3rd (or was it the 4th?) season.

3rd.

But jokes aside, Albert getting hooked on morphine and Pa taking him to a cabin in the woods to get clean was actually pretty accurate. And later when Pa found the guys who shot Albert and nearly beat them to death was far more violent than your average “family” show.

Not even in my top 10

It's almost like casting directors see those features and think "that's our brat".

[–] MrShankles@reddthat.com 5 points 2 months ago

Well, that's some near useless information that I truly enjoyed. Thanks!

The resemblance is even more pronounced when Joffrey has the same expression!

Gordon Ramsay being the unholy hatechild of John C Reilly and Ellen DeGeneres feels morally wrong, but factually correct.

  1. Yes
  2. What?
  3. Huh?
  4. This is the same person, right?
  5. Yup

It took me a second but.

  1. Peter Dinklage + Super Mushroom = Peter Dinklage but bigger (Hugh Laurie). I think this one is quite tenuous

  2. Taylor Lautner looks like an alpaca

[–] jonman364@sh.itjust.works 1 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago)

3. Is just what an alpaca looks like on a motorcycle. Taylor Lautner looks like an alpaca.

4. There is about a 30 year age gap between them. Joffrey Baratheon from GoT and Nellie Oleson from LHotP.

[–] rizzothesmall@sh.itjust.works 13 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Second one gave me a good giggle

[–] spankinspinach@sh.itjust.works 2 points 2 months ago

Comedian The Greg Wilson without the moustache kind of looks like a super paranoid Mulder from X-Files... and Latino Ross from Frends.
