Holy shit, I'd always heard that Blues Brothers 2000 was terrible, but that was an impressive amount of mayhem.
It's just bad enough to watch. Watch them in order so that you can fully appreciate the jarring jump in theme/tone.
I'm still not sure why they decided to Cop 1/2 the Blues Brothers, but it's just good enough to watch all the way through and absolutely bad enough to genuinely enjoy for all the wrong reasons.
