Life is long and is often what you make of it. You are the main determinant of your life and how you enjoy it. Make tomorrow better than today!

Yup. You are probably healthier now than you ever will be. Might get smarter, though. That won't make you happier, though.
Almost 50, there's been good and bad in every year, I'm overall happier now than I ever have been.
me, at 29, being told my twenties are as good as it gets for socializing and dating, having no real friends and still a virgin:

also super looking forward to when my body starts falling apart in my thirties, I'm told that's when the warranty runs out. Can't wait. It's gonna be rad.
Bruh, I'm 30, haven't dated since high school, still a virgin. Went swimming on Monday after not exercising consistently for months and I was sore until today.
A cafeteria worker at the local pool told me and my friends when we were 13 to enjoy how much money we have now, as it'll get worse as adults.
I was horrified, as we had saved for a month to afford entrance to a pool amd some candy. I was convinced being an adult would suck.
Thankfully she was wrong about the money and being am adult has it's moments.
I remember hearing about a study that was done where most older people say that if they could go back in time to any age, the most commonly picked one was 37
Aw crap, that's my age.
I'm easily mistaken for younger, though, being a playful adult. I don't think there's any age I'd want to go "back" to from here, unless I could bring the knowledge and skills that I have today with me.
Haha, when the saying came about I'm sure it was, if you watch stuff like Dazed and Confused, I'm sure it's exaggerated for Hollywood but overall it was a lot more loose. Unless you were TOO different, then it was a nightmare same as it ever was. Schools are literally prisons compared to what they used to be. Anyway, people who say stuff like that are usually the status quo who just coast through life on cruise control.
My drugdealer(Psychiatrist) told that to me once
