Let's call that 35 billion lattes, because what's 1% between friends?.
Let's say those 35 billion lattes are consumed over a 35 year period. So 1 billion per year. Or about 2.7 million per day, or 31 per second. That's about 8L/s.
Alternatively, The USA apparently consumes about 400 million cups of coffee per day. So, 35 billion coffees is about three months of consumption.

Actually, if you skip just one extremely expensive latte it works as well! I just skipped ordering a latte with two billion extra shots of espresso at 50 cents each, so I am now a billionaire as well.
