To be fair, Watergate is nothing compared to the corruption this admin demonstrates on a weekly basis.
Roger Ailes explicitly said Fox News' purpose was to make sure Watergate could never happen again. Looks like they succeeded.

Remember: Nixon's approval numbers were still non-zero when he resigned in disgrace.
This position on Nixon and Watergate is not new or modern or something that started in Vance's "generation" or anything of the sort.
This is who and what the conservatives are and always have been. They don't think the rules should apply to them. They just want power and to enact their nefarious agenda.
I'm sure he'd feel the same way if Nixon were a Democrat, right?
