It's likely he's dead and they're hiding the fact. Can you imagine the jubilee that would happen today if it was reported he died, especially on Trump's birthday?

[–] cecinestpasunecommunication@lemmy.dbzer0.com 3 points 2 hours ago (1 children)

I hope it was painful, this man is as responsible as Reagan for all this misery and suffering.

[–] cy888@lemmy.world 3 points 3 hours ago (1 children)

2nd cardiac event Elderly Required CPR.

Actual chance of coming back to work is low single digit percentage points. Time for new Senate majority leader.

[–] flagpole268@lemmy.zip 2 points 1 hour ago (1 children)

Much lesser chance than that. Survival rates after CPR are less than 10% for adults.

[–] LavaPlanet@sh.itjust.works 1 points 4 minutes ago

Yeah, movies make you feel like if you have a heart attack, they'll get you back, but in reality 90% chance you don't survive. Sometimes they can get your heart beating, but you still don't come back, because no oxygen to the brain for too long.

[–] Pacattack57@lemmy.world 2 points 4 hours ago

I am extremely confused because I could have swore this happened previously and I guess I was right. Second heart attack in a month. The police need to be called as well as the FBI. They are torturing a senile senior senator for political gain. The fact that his family is allowing this is extremely telling about the type of people they are.

With that said I hope they’re water boarding him too

All these people act like kings, barons, and counts wanting to die on the throne.

[–] TigerAce@lemmy.dbzer0.com 0 points 3 hours ago

[–] lemmylump@lemmy.world 3 points 5 hours ago

These fucks are going to life support this fuck until after August 1st.

I hope he suffers every bit as much as he has caused.

[–] III@lemmy.world 3 points 5 hours ago

God keeps trying to send this guy to hell... why do these so called religious people keep stopping God's will?

[–] Thebeardedsinglemalt@lemmy.world 1 points 3 hours ago (1 children)

[–] cecinestpasunecommunication@lemmy.dbzer0.com 0 points 2 hours ago* (last edited 2 hours ago)

Oh, so what should we be paying the CIA for? Let them play with their thumbscrews just a little longer. There's no harm in it this time.

[–] cashsky@sh.itjust.works 2 points 4 hours ago

[–] switcheroo@lemmy.world 22 points 23 hours ago (1 children)

Eighty fucking four years old. You should be in a fucking old folks home, you dirty old bastard.

We need to enact age limits on our government, JFC. I wouldn't trust someone ten years YOUNGER to even drive safely, yet this turtle twat is a senator???

[–] Art3mis@lemmy.blahaj.zone 2 points 6 hours ago

And has been for like 40 years

[–] MrSelfDestruct@lemmy.zip 44 points 1 day ago

I can only wish he reaps exactly what he sowed.

[–] athatet@lemmy.zip 1 points 5 hours ago

CPR on an 80 year old means his ribs no longer exist, so that’s nice.

[–] givesomefucks@lemmy.world 27 points 1 day ago (2 children)

If it makes you feel better, he absolutely hates trump, because Trump jumped the gun and now it will likely fail long term.

The stress of trump over the last decade, is likely what contributed to his heart attack and combined with Trump's rush job is why he won't live to see his plan come to fruitation.

People forget that, none of what's happening is Trump's plan, he latched onto an existing plan and insisted the timelines were drastically moved up. And that's probably what will save us, because if Paul Ryan had done half this shit as president it would have worked.

[–] Radical_Socialist_t00t@lemmy.ca 0 points 3 hours ago

None of whats happening indeed isn't the trumpanzees' plan, it is what capitalism produces and revolves around.

[–] vaultdweller013@sh.itjust.works 2 points 13 hours ago

I also think COVID and AI have fucked up the planning by putting negative pressure on the stability of the social order. I would not be surprised if they are seen similar to the Antonine plague and economic stagnation of Rome.

Too little, too late, unfortunately.

[–] YiddishMcSquidish@lemmy.today 3 points 13 hours ago (1 children)

Na man. You gotta have some kinda faith in the future. Yeah he set us back decades, but it's never too late to be better.

[–] lemmylump@lemmy.world 0 points 5 hours ago* (last edited 4 hours ago)

In 1976 I was painting fire hydrants in American flag themes for the bicentennial, 50 fucking years later we have zero progress and we've in fact actually gone fucking backwards. So, what was it Ben Franklin said about hope and dying farting?

[–] NM_Gringo@lemmy.world 30 points 1 day ago (2 children)

They're keeping the corpse on life support to avoid getting clobbered in another special election. I thought the governor appointed them but that changed now it's a special election.

[–] Uranus_Hz@lemmy.zip 9 points 19 hours ago* (last edited 19 hours ago) (2 children)

You don’t perform CPR on people who are breathing. He was dead for a while before he was found. No one knows for how long. He probably is still dead, they just don’t want to announce it for purely political reasons.

[–] vaultdweller013@sh.itjust.works 1 points 13 hours ago

He could have been resurrected. Happened to my great grandfather, he lived for another couple years after all the way to 92 though he was gone for too long and ended up degenerating for the last couple years. Funny enough he had to be physically stopped from just going at his cake on his 90th.

Let's hope this fuckwit is lacking in my the stubbornness of my great grandfather.

That’s been the last decade at least of his role. His staff do everything and occasionally parade him out for photo-ops.

[–] YiddishMcSquidish@lemmy.today 1 points 13 hours ago
[–] Grass@sh.itjust.works 11 points 22 hours ago (1 children)

More than just a couple decades too late

[–] TwodogsFighting@lemdro.id 5 points 21 hours ago

About eight decades.

[–] Jhex@lemmy.world 30 points 1 day ago (7 children)

well let's hope his insurance deductible doesn't finish the job

*best read in the voice of sir David Attenborough

As EMS arrived they found McConnell had been flipped onto his shell, with his legs flailing the responders were able to flip him back.

Controversy surrounds his age of 84 years old, but others of his species have lived in captivity up to 150 years old.

His Kentucky Republican breed is well known for not only surviving on the typical Republican diet of banks, oil and gas, and occasional telecommunications companies, but also has a diet supplemented from his wife's income streams of insider informed stocks.

Mason Verger-looking motherfucker

[–] BeUnique@lemmy.zip 14 points 1 day ago

I got all excited til I saw the part about "last month". I don't wish death on many, but boy will I be happy once all these geriatrics in my government kick the bucket.

[–] lemmyng@lemmy.world 12 points 1 day ago (1 children)

If only they found him late.

[–] Bbbbbbbbbbb@lemmy.world 15 points 1 day ago (1 children)

If it helps, proper CPR breaks the ribs andis very traumatic. Being old as fuck, Bitch Mcconnel is guaranteed to be in a lot of pain

[–] SupraMario@lemmy.world 7 points 1 day ago

Not only that but CPR...is less than 10% success rate. I think it goes up a bit if you're in a hospital already, but if you're having CPR done, you're chances of survival is not super great.

Just let go Mitch
