I wonder how much that would help with ukraines development of their own airdefence system (the one fp7 missile is with the guidance removed)

Trump doesn't like losers. Putin looks like a loser right now, so he's flip flopping.
Also yeah what the other comment said. Nobody gives a shit about the kompromat anymore. Putin could post a direct VHS video tomorrow of trumps uncensored mushroom balls deep in a 9 year old, and the GOP would hail him as a hero.
Easy, he sees Ukraine is winning and changed sides.
Also, the US needs cheaper drones cause they blow through billions on the stupidly expensive ones in Iran.
When he speaks, he still puts Ukraine and Russia on the same level of guiltyness in this war. He will never not favour Putin, it's just the war became increasingly sided to Ukraine and he's tired of the whole thing.
They realized it doesn’t matter: The GOP will defend and/or ignore anything to protect the party.
