Yes, they should. Their rates are actually pretty decent. If he doesn't need the money immediately, this isn't the worst place to park it.

I don't know why the article didn't answer that question. This is a very easy thing for any journalist to research.

Ive been on the other end of them taking money they shouldn't have taken due to some errors on my part. Took about a year to get it back. It did have interest added.
