Rules:

- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

when you're making major press releases about how you're financially mismanaged, maybe you should be rethinking your campaign strategy rather than making major press announcements about how financially fucked you are.
I'm no campaign director, but that's my advice.
TBF I respect the transparency. It probably would have been worse if a series of complaints about unpaid bills popped up and she kept trying to hide it.
I can respect that, but there are better ways to go about it.

It's fucking crazy how much this happens, and it's almost always a terrible sign for the candidate.
Sure "that's why they have a treasurer" but if they pick people do this shit in a primary, they're gonna pick the same quality (if not exact same people) as their staff.
Yes, it's hard to manage a primary campaign team and make sure everyone is doing their jobs, but it's a lot fucking harder to run an entire state as Governor.
