I have a problem with the last two conditions specifically. I should not lose my rights because someone else fucked up.
As a disclaimer - I'm a liberal (well, actually registered independent, because I feel the dems are too conservative on many things) and don't currently own a gun currently, but I believe 2nd amendment rights are for all Americans. It's a core tenet of our constitution.
