Example:

- Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
- Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
- No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

That's all the rules!

Anybody with a passing interest in modern military could have told you this. You don't want to use an interceptor worth $2m to shoot down a drone that costs tens of thousands, unless it's heading for something vital. Remember too that an interceptor system can't just be purchased in unlimited quantities, so in the short term a fired missile is one less you have for tomorrows threats.
Ukraine and Russia have been doing this math every day for like 5 years.
What an odd way to say "America started a drone war without enough weapons to intercept drones."
Haigseth is basically coming out and admitting that they've blown through the vast majority of our weaponry (in front of Congress, which is hilarious).
Not like this info should be suppressed, but now I'm guessing Iran will just send more drones without payloads to save on their munitions.
‘I let you score that goal’
I could see Trump and Hegseth letting more service members die to atoke public outrage against Iran in the runup to midterms. It won't work, mind you, but I could see them doing it.
Independents are more likely to see the deaths as Trumps fault. The legacy of the Iraq war runs deep, Americans do not want to have troops in the middle east.
Wouldnt want your opposition to feel too bad, right?
The fuck is this headline?
