"I have paused the 50% Tariffs against Canada, that were scheduled to kick in tomorrow morning for a three day period, based on the fact that Canada and the USA, subject to the finalization of documents, have a DEAL!" Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform.
Did he really announce this first on Truth Social? The platform where he sells advance access to his posts? How much money did he just make by giving his paying customers advanced notice of US Government trade policy?
That's kinda the whole point of what he's doing.
I give it until tomorrow evening before he wipes his arse with it.
It's a week till the next Tuesday.
Trump says a lot of things. Can we get confirmation from the Canadian government on this?
Why they'll just lie about it. Then when caught say oh I thought you where talking about NAFTA.
Zoom in on Trumps face, he has no clue what’s happening
Ladies & Gentlemen, Jim Ignatowski’s less prescient brother!
The Reverend Jim "Iggy" Ignatowski is a fictional character in the 1970s television series Taxi. He was played by Christopher Lloyd. A gentle soul, Jim, in his own words, was "the living embodiment of the Sixties." His most noticeable character trait was his extremely "spaced out" behavior, a result of extensive drug use.

Lloyd won two Emmys, two years in a row for that character.
This is just one example of a classic 2 minute scene with Danny DeVito:

There's no playing hard or gentle with this lunatic. We're just weathering the storm - until he either dies or the end of his term.
Extortion time again..?
