Oklahoma, El Reno city asserts that none of the costs related to the water leak at the property will be passed on to citizens.

This was on the local news stations for weeks, talking about the city trying to find the leaks, and when they did and it turned out to be at a data center they reported that and then just dropped it and haven’t talked about it again since. Funny that.
