For me, it's Fitbit being a dick congratulating me for my In The Zone heart minutes. I'm not in the zone. I'm sitting in traffic, and I'm stressed out...

I used to get congratulated for all the cardio fitness I was doing while sitting at my desk. My doctor is a buzzkill though; they said tachycardia doesn't count as exercise

Relatable. I was pacing back and forth around my house without even realizing it until my smartwatch told me I hit my daily goal. Turns out it was actually my anxiety causing it, which ofc is the result of my autistic ADHD ass panicking :(
