That's C-3PO on there, so it's probably 1997-1999 (Special Edition was 1997, Phantom Menace was 1999).
Yeah, Crystal Pepsi was discontinued in 1994, but Star Wars Special Edition (see C-3PO on the Doritos bag) was released in 1997, so this is weird.
Edit to add: I was curious, so I looked up the history of the Mountain Dew logo. They connected the "T" and the "A" in 1996, which honestly makes this all a little bit weirder.
Glad someone caught it.
