I mean, we've gone through this, but:
A home invader has killed one of your children and taken over the living room. He continues to threaten to kill you all and demands that you turn over your whole house. The rational response here is not to "make a deal" and give him the living room and take one-less-child as a cost of doing business. Not only is it morally wrong and logically unjustifiable, but it's not even rational to leave an unchecked murdering invader now living in your living room.
It's just so stupid it's actually stupefying. It's actually hard to come up with words to address how stupid Trump is.

The guy is obviously so butthurt about the Russia "hoax" (fucking lol; especially when the Tone Police in the Murc's Law Media, nevermind some leftists, take up that same refrain) because it hits so close to home.

Home invaders enjoy receiving energetic gifts, such as HN~3~, F~2~, P~4~, COCl~2~, and Ni(CO)~4~. They enjoy those kinds of deals so much, in fact, that they will leave without a word.
What Trump doesn't realize is that Zelensky is already upholding his end of the deal. His part of the bargain is to help designated Russians enter another world, and deconstruct various Russian oil facilities. It is Putin who lacks the resolve to uphold his part of the bargain.
Yeah, well, Ukraine made a deal before, and Putin broke it, so Zelensky would be an idiot to make a deal with him.
