I think at least 26 states a felon can vote if they've served their sentence.

Depends on the state I'm sure.
Some states don't rescind voting rights while others automatically reinstate after release. It really does vary.

It's not an "agenda", there is foreign influence in every US election; and the USA influences elections in other countries.
